The month of March

Ok - I'm going to try to redeem myself since it's been 4 months since I've blogged.  Not going to say it's cause I've been busy, more that I've been lazy to write after the boys go to sleep.

The last time I wrote was in February so I'll try to catch everyone up.

On March 11, I went to Joshua's school to bring doughnut holes for his birthday celebration.  Since his birthday always falls during spring break we celebrated the Friday before.  Joshua was so excited that I came and the kids loved the doughnuts.  Couldn't believe how fast they disappeared.
The next day we went to the Rodeo Rumble which is the kids 1K race that starts the rodeo.  Was a lot of fun and we were able to hang out at the rodeo before the crowds arrived.
On Sunday after church Joshua went to his 3rd golf tournament with Steve and Grandpa.  Noah and I arrived at the end.  Though he did well, we realized one year of Kinder and no golf lessons or practice made his game weaken a bit.  Amazing how good some of those kids were.

For Joshua's 6th birthday we decided to go to SeaWorld.  It was a great day to go cause it was cloudy and overcast for most of the day.  We actually stayed till about 6:00 and then left for home.  The boys had a lot of fun.

The next day our family from Dallas came for the weekend and we had fun just visiting and playing with Christian.  Joshua received too many presents as did Noah.  We had so much fun filling eggs and watching the kids at the Easter Egg hunt in our backyard.  Julie did a great job with the creative eggs!  I think Joshua still enjoys when we make a big fuss over him!  And this was no exception.

The next weekend was Easter weekend and we make sure that the boys understand the true meaning as we always read the Bible to them every night and they understand that Jesus died for our sins so that we may be forgiven and live forever with God.   In the midst of all the candy and egg hunts I think they still know the real meaning.
We went to Fan Fest Sat morning at Round Rock Express and the boys were able to explore the stadium including the locker room.  We dyed eggs that evening since I had never done that before and the boys seemed to enjoy it since I got them fun stickers to decorate their eggs.
Easter morning we went to church and took pictures and went to our friend Zita's house for lunch and an egg hunt.
